The design and setting of this ring is what separates so many genuine antique rings from their modern counterpart, as it is the fine attention to detail combined with genuine antique cut sapphires and diamonds that adds so much charm and character to a ring, and this ring will has all of the qualities and more. Made in 1914 in 18 carat gold, both the sapphires and the diamonds are set all into their own lowered box setting that highlights the design of the ring as well as the setting itself. The sapphires all have such a perfect colour and transparency and total 0.68 carats, and the two European cut diamonds total 0.10 carats and sparkle so beautifully. And then to finish the ring off, the sides have the most beautiful design as well as the scroll work on the band which shows just how much care and attention went into making this ring. This is such a beautiful example of a genuine antique ring that will no doubt always be loved, cherished and admired. Stock# ES8845 Hallmarked: Birmingham 1914 $Sold.
