It is incredible to think that this ring is over 140 years old and still looks so beautiful.
Made in 15 carat gold in Birmingham in 1876, the ring is not just set with a pearl and two rubies, but the design of the setting is so beautiful to admire.
Both the pearl and the rubies have the beads used to secure them to the setting as part of the design that are each set into a recessed setting. With the top of the ring measuring 6.2mm wide, from left to right it measures 15.2mm across and sits so comfortably on the finger.
Perfect for any finger and occasion, this is a lovely example of a mid-Victorian era ring that will amaze people when they see how beautiful it is as well as how old it is.
