Oh how sweet! Here is a lovely antique sterling silver perfume bottle made in 1891 in Chester by Saunders & Shepherd that is so charming and full of character. Measuring 4.2cm tall by 1.5cm in diameter, this antique perfume bottle still retains its original glass stopper and is the perfect size to go on a bedside table or in a ladies purse.
With the sterling silver case so incredibly hand engraved, the time alone to engrave this would have been immense and is so tactile to feel. Made by the English company Saunders & Shepherd that was formed in 1869 and is still around today.
This charming antique perfume bottle would make a wonderful accessory to any lover of antiques and a delightful bygone era.
