Art Nouveau pearl and turquoise pendant

The Art Nouveau period of the late 1800's to the early 1900's resulted in a style of jewellery all unto itself.
With elegant feminine flowing designs this Art Nouveau pendant was made in 9ct rose gold around 1895.
Set with 4 pieces of turquoise it is also set with two natural pearls that are each set into their own rose gold wire basket setting again with a very lovely flowing design.

From left to right at the widest part, the pendant measures 19mm across by 46mm from the bottom to the very top of the bail.

The rose gold looks so soft and warm against the skin and combined with the natural pearls and turquoise with the very elegant design all go to make this such a charming antique Art Nouveau pendant to wear and love anytime of the day or night.
