Just look at the quality and size of this gorgeous Art Deco guilloché enamel miniature Zenith carriage clock and it will be so easy to fall in love with it. Miniature carriage clocks are also known as boudoir clocks and when you consider that this clock was made in the 1920’s, it takes you back to this wonderful hedonistic era. This carriage clock measures just 4.7cm tall plus the handle. It also measures 3.5cm wide by 1.6cm deep and it is this wonderful small size that adds so much charm and character to it. And then there is the wonderful case that is enamelled in a technique called guilloché enamel. This is one of the most popular of all the enamel techniques and it is so easy to see why. Produced by a very precise and repetitive pattern that is engraved into an underlying material such as gold or silver, it then has the enamel applied over the top and after the firing process is complete, it is polished back to a high lustre revealing the engraved pattern below the surface. Made by Zenith, this watchmaking company is still around today and regarded as one of the finest in the world, and the movement in this miniature carriage clock has just come back from a full service and comes with our twelve month warranty. And then to add a further piece of charm to this clock, it comes presented in its original travel case which allows it to sit inside and be protected. The back cover of this case can be removed to hold the key securely in place. This wonderful guilloché carriage clock is so beautiful to admire and its size makes it so much more enchanting. In exceptional condition comes this rare and collectable first series vintage Omega Genève Dynamic watch from 1968. The Omega Genève Dynamic was first released in 1968 - the year that this Omega Genève was made and featured its iconic and easily recognisable oval case design. Just two years later, the Omega Genève Dynamic went into the Omega DeVille range which had a polished case instead of the radial finish on this one. This particular Omega Dynamic is in exceptional condition. Far too often the term "as new" or New Old Stock is thrown around in a description, however these are two terms that can be used for this model. Firstly the case is in incredible condition with the radial finish still intact. This can be seen as the finish on the case that radiates away from the centre and is a finish that can't be replicated outside the Omega watch factory. The case measures 36mm from the 12 to 6 o'clock direction by 41mm from left to right and with its blue dial, white hands and blue sweep second hand, looks sensational on the wrist. Fitted on a blue Omega Dynamic Corfam band that was originally specifically designed for the Omega Dynamic, the band is actually all one piece from one end to the other as it goes under and around the watch case. Inside is the brilliant automatic Omega calibre 565 that has just come back fro ma full service, runs perfectly and comes with our twelve month warranty. In outstanding condition, this Omega Genève Dynamic is such a brilliant collectable watch that will always be admired. Stock# ES7047 Maker: Omega Model: Omega Geneve Dynamic Circa: 1968 $Sold

Tudor was a subsidiary of Rolex in 1926 and was a watch designed to be sold at a lower price than Rolex yet all the while being highly accurate and to follow in the name of a Rolex watch and the early Tudor watches still had their cases, case backs, crowns and bracelets made by Rolex and were signed “Rolex” yet used a different movement inside, and this is the case for this great looking vintage Tudor Prince Oysterdate Big Rose reference 7990/4. Dating from 1968, this is one of the more rarer models of Tudor Prince Oysterdate watches that come on the market for a few reasons. Firstly as it was made in the 1960's it has the large rose over the word Tudor on the dial, and this is often known as the "Big Rose" as subsequent models used the smaller rose. Secondly it has the full Rolex Oyster bracelet complete with the Rolex buckle. Again later models used the Rolex made Oyster band but changed the buckle to have Tudor on it instead. The end links are numbered 357 which is correct for this model and the Oyster links are the fabulous fold over design. And then it has the roulette date wheel that changes from black numbers on odd numbered days to red on even numbered days, hence the term "Roulette" date wheel. The Rolex Oyster case still has the screw down Rolex crown and Rolex case back and measures 34mm across plus the crown and is surprisingly larger on the wrist than it would seem. Inside is the incredibly reliable 25 jewelled calibre 2484 that runs beautifully and comes with our twelve month warranty. This is a great looking and sought after Tudor Prince Oysterdate that will always look so good on the wrist. Wendt jewellers have been dealing in jewellery and watches in Australia since 1884, and here is a lovely vintage Chronograph watch retailed by Wendt in the 1950's that is fitted with the great Venus 188 movement. This chronograph watch has such a great look to it with a dial that has achieved such a perfect patina and looks great with the two sub-dials and centre sweep second hand. Inside is the fabulous Venus 188 manual wind movement which keeps perfect time and comes with our twelve month warranty.
