Measuring 16mm across by 11.7mm, the is the perfect proportions to wear all the time and on its own or worn along with other rings, it will always look so elegant on the finger.

Art Deco opal and diamond ring handmade in platinum and gold.
This opal and diamond ring was made in the Art Deco period of the 1930's and makes such a wonderful statement on the finger thanks to not only the opal and diamonds, but the design which is just as beautiful.
Handmade in platinum and 18 carat yellow gold, the solid white opal measures 4.20 carats and sits so proudly in the setting which is highlighted by not only a border of diamonds set beautifully around the opal, but also down the sides as well in the most intricate design. There are a combination of mine cut diamonds as well as rose cut diamonds that all come together to total 1.33 carats.

Surrounded by twenty two rose cut diamonds that total 0.22 carats, the rose cut diamonds were one of the earliest cuts of diamonds and set into this ring here makes it even more unique and special.

Sitting in the centre is a lovely Australian solid white opal opal which measures 0.30 carats. With Australia being the home to approximately 90 to 95% of the worlds opals, Australian opals are also regarded as the worlds finest.

Art Deco opal and diamond ring dating from the 1920’s
Australia is regarded as the home to not only the worlds largest source of opals, but more importantly the best in the world, and here is a magnificent Art Deco opal and diamond ring dating from the 1920's, set with a lovely solid Australian opal.
Hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, the elegant design of the ring from the diamonds on the side to the double claws at each end, all go towards highlighting and emphasising the wonderful quality of the opal. With a lovely green body colour throwing out an amazing spectrum of colours, the opal measures 1.50 carats and is cut in the most beautiful unique elongated shape.
On each side are two single cut diamonds that actually graduate in size with the top diamonds being marginally larger than the lower as it tapers to the yellow gold band. The diamonds total 0.05 carats and add the right amount of scintillation and charm to the ring.
Measuring 19.1mm from one end diamond across to the other end diamond by 16.4mm, this ring sits perfectly on the finger and truly accentuates the finger where it will always be admired.

With the opal sitting so proud in the centre, it measures 1.51 carats and has a wonderful red body colour showing all the spectral colours from red through to blues and greens. Secured with very elegant claws, on each side are three single cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.04 carats which accent the opal and the ring as a whole so elegantly.
The way the diamonds have a lovely scalloped edge to the setting and the way this leads to the band which has a triple shoulder design, all go to highlight the quality and craftsmanship found in genuine Art Deco rings of this era.

Solid black opal and diamond Art Deco ring
Australian opals are regarded as the best in the world and the best of all the Australian opals are the Lightning Ridge black opals and here we have a magnificent solid black opal and diamond Art Deco ring that sits so elegantly on the finger and has the most wonderful solid black opal as the star.
Dating from the 1930's, this ring was hand made in 18ct yellow gold and platinum in such an elegant design that showcases the quality of the opal which is highlighted by the diamonds set on each side.
The opal has such fire to it displaying great spectral flashes of red to blue and is set with the partial bezel on the sides and one claw on the top and bottom to really showcase the opal.
And on each side in an elegant step down design are three diamonds followed by a further diamond that leads to the band. These diamonds total 0.10 carats and add just the right amount of sparkle while never taking away from the beauty of the solid opal.

Hand made in 18ct yellow gold and platinum, the ring is set with a vibrant solid opal that measures 2.30 carats in weight and has such a gorgeous red body colour to it as well as all the spectral colours that you would expect from a fine quality opal.
And then surround the opal are twenty six rose cut diamonds with an additional three more rose cut diamonds set on each shoulder. These diamonds total o.48 carats and sparkle magnificently and the lozenge part of the ring itself measures 22.3mm by 12.8mm wide and really stands out so beautifully as you would expect from a genuine Art Deco ring.
