1870 antique ruby & pearl ring

It feels so wonderful to wear an antique ring upon your finger knowing that it was made over a century ago, and when one is as beautiful as this one, it doesn’t get much better.

Hand made in 18 carat gold in 1870, this ring looks so elegant on the finger and will no doubt always be admired.

Set with eight natural rubies that total 0.60 carats, they surround a centrally set pearl with a further three pearls on each side. The design of this cluster was so well thought out with the centre being at its widest point and tapering so elegantly down as it leads to the band.

With a gorgeous claw setting that adds to the charm and character of this ring even further, this ring will sit so well on any finger and always be commented on for its beauty and elegance, and surprise many when they discover that it was made over 150 years ago.
