There is something so incredible about the designs of Art Deco jewellery from the 1920's to the 1940's, and here is a stunning hand made 18ct and platinum ring from the Art Deco period that exemplifies the style and characteristics of this wonderful era.
Only hand making this ring combined with using platinum could the exquisite detail and craftsmanship be achieved, and this is something that is so often lost on many reproduction rings that are cast made and mass produced and shows why there is nothing quite like a genuine Art Deco ring sitting beautifully on your finger.
Set with three main diamonds running length ways down the finger, the centre diamond measures 0.54 carats and the other two total 0.20 carats all of which are highlighted by fourteen more diamonds. These diamonds are set so beautifully into their own distinct setting which highlights the fine pierce work setting as well as the wonderful angular design of the ring. These additional diamonds total 0.70 carats and the top of the ring measures 26mm by 14.4mm across.
Even the band is set with two more diamonds on each side to add that extra scintillation to an already incredible ring and then even looking from the side there is so much extra detail showing how much time and effort went into making this Art Deco ring that will suit any finger.
Art Deco rings have never gone out of fashion or style, and when you see this one on your finger, it is so easy to see why.
