18ct and steel red diamond dial Rolex 26

The Rolex vignette dial is one of the most beautiful dials ever to grace a watch, and here is one in one of the rarest colours that they ever produced.

This is the ladies Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust reference 69173 made in 18 carat yellow gold and stainless steel and measures 26mm across.

The Rolex vignette dial is made by applying over a painstakingly amount of time, lacquer to the dial by only their most experienced technicians. The dial is set on a rotating platform, and when the lacquer is applied the varnisher has to very carefully apply more coloured lacquer to the outer edge resulting in a darkening edge, resulting in a stunning gradient that goes from a lighter colour in the centre, to an intense vivid colour that with this one, is set with ten diamonds. The red vignette dial is one of the most coveted dials and looks sensational day or night.

Inside the 29 jewelled Rolex calibre 2135 has recently been serviced by our in-house watchmaker and comes with a two year warranty.
