18ct antique sapphire and diamond ring made in 1901

Here is such a lovely 18ct antique sapphire and diamond ring made in 1901 that will suit any finger and any occasion. Made in such an beautiful design that highlights the design of the ring as much as the sapphires and the diamond, this ring has a look that will allow it to easily be worn with other antique rings or modern rings and fit right in.

In the centre is a lovely antique European cut diamond that measures 0.06 carats and is highlighted with a sapphire set on each side. These natural blue sapphires total 0.18 carats and have such a fine colour to them both, yet it is also the lovely design of the ring that adds charm and character as well.

The setting for the sapphires and diamonds is sometimes called gypsy setting where the gemstone is set into the band with the lovely star pattern around the stone for added charm.

Measuring 8.9mm wide at the centre by 16.5mm across, this ring sits nice and flat on the finger and is a very comfortable ring to wear all the time.
