1969 Omega Seamaster watch

Not only is the Omega Seamaster one of the most iconic watches ever made, this also applies to the Omega “Beads of rice” band which is regarded as one of the best designed and most comfortable watch bands ever made, and here the two come together resulting in a great look, that is made even better by the superb Chronometer grade movement inside.

Made in stainless steel in 1969, the case measures 35mm across plus the Omega crown, and looks deceptively larger on the wrist than one might  imagine. Even the Seamaster logo on the back of the case is so wonderful and crisp as opposed to those that are more worn, and shows how little wear this watch has had in its life.

With a beautiful, clean dial with the date and centre sweep seconds, this is complimented perfectly by that gorgeous bracelet that looks and feels so good on the wrist.

Traditionally the Chronometer grade movements by Omega such as the 24 jewelled automatic Omega calibre 564 that is fitted in this one, was reserved for the Omega Constellation range, so finding an Omega Seamaster with this movement certainly makes it more special and unique.

The movement has been serviced by our in-house Omega certified watchmaker, and comes with our twenty four month warranty. Not only are we an authorised Omega watch service centre, but our watchmakers can service your Omega watch as well as other Swiss brands, so please feel free to bring in your watch or pocket watch for a free quote.

This is a great example of a vintage Omega watch, and shows just why they are becoming more and more popular and sought after as the years go by.
