Antique bangle made in 1883

So often there were meanings in antique jewellery more than just being a design, and this can be seen here in this very attractive antique bangle.

Made in sterling silver in 1883, the front of the bangle is beautifully hand engraved with an ivy design. The ivy design was used to represent ever lasting love, friendship or marriage which makes this not only a lovely bangle, but one that is so romantic.

Measuring 25.9mm in width, being oval and hinged will allow it to sit so nice and close to the wrist, making it perfect to wear day or night.

As beautiful today as when it was made in the Victorian era, this antique bangle will always be worn with love.
