Georges Fonseque and Emile Olive (Fonseque at Olive) were makers of superb quality jewellery during the Art Nouveau period of the late 1800's, and this brooch is so typical of the work that they produced.
Made in 18ct gold, it is set with 18 diamonds that total 0.12 carats and four "grapes" made from glass.
The brooch measures 4.6cm across by 2.8cm and is simply stunning from whichever angle you look and admire it from.
This Fonseque et Olive brooch is a true collectors piece for the discerning buyer.
