Antique early Australian necklace made by ES Lazarus & Co

$4,200.00

Early Australian jewellery is becoming so sought after, and here is a wonderfully exciting antique aquamarine and pearl necklace that is such an attractive design.

Made in 9 carat gold around 1910, the style of this necklace is so beautiful and unique and is just as eye-catching today as when it was made over 100 years ago.

Set with two round aquamarines at each end, there are a further seven pear cut aquamarines suspended beautifully from the bottom. Highlighted with those gorgeous seed pearls, this is a wonderful necklace that will look so beautiful during the day and so elegant in the evening.

Measuring 41cm from end to end, not only is this such a beautiful necklace, but it is also pictured on page 153 of “Australian Jewellers, Gold & Silversmiths – Makers & Marks” by Cavill, Cocks and Grace.

Early Australian jewellery such as this makes it even more exciting when it is around the neck to be worn and cherished.
