Antique emerald & diamond ring made in 1904

Here is an antique emerald and diamond ring from the Edwardian era that still has a modern and contemporary look to it, even after a century later.

Made in Birmingham in 1904, this emerald and diamond looks so clean and elegant and looks magnificent on the finger.

This Edwardian era ring is set with one central 0.26 carat diamond that is F-G in colour and Vs clarity and is set with two natural Colombian emeralds on each side. The emeralds total 0.48 carats in weight and are them most perfect emerald green and look magnificent against the 18ct yellow gold.

Colombia has been regarded for centuries as the source of the best emeralds in the world, and when you see the colour and clarity of these ones it will be so easy to see why.

Both the emeralds and the diamond are set into the band making this such an easy ring to wear all the time as the stones are well protected and this would also make a wonderful antique engagement ring.

At its widest, the ring measures 6.6mm wide and has a very smooth slight dome that feels so nice to rub your finger over.

Antique rings don't always have to have an "old" look to them, and this antique emerald and diamond ring is a superb example of a genuine antique ring that still has a modern look to it and one that would be perfect to wear for any occasion and always be admired.
