Aronson was one of Australia’s most famous and prolific jewellery firms that produced some very attractive jewellery from 1899, and here is a wonderful antique opal and pearl brooch made in 15ct gold.
The brooch is set with 7 solid white opals that not only stand out so beautifully in the centre, but they also graduate so elegantly in size adding to the charm and character of this brooch.
Then on each side are two rows each set with 7 pearls that also graduate in size.
From left to right the brooch measures 4.9cm in length by 1.5cm wide at its widest point in the centre and looks so good horizontal or even at an angle on any outfit.
Antique brooches have so much unique charm and style about them and to get one by Aronson goes to add so much more historical beauty to this wonderful opal and pearl brooch.
