This bangle was made over 140 years old, yet still looks as amazing today as when it was made and is sure to become a cherished family heirloom.
Made in the 1880's in 15 carat gold, the bangle is designed so beautifully with a cross-over design that is highlighted with a pearl at each end set into a beautiful finial. Along with more pearls including the ones that are set into a flower design, this style and design is typical of the elegance seen in high-Victorian jewellery.
Set with a 0.22 carat European cut diamond in the centre of the flower to add the right amount of sparkle, the bangle measures 11.3mm wide at the centre and tapers down to 4.2mm wide at the back.
Hinged bangles such as this are wonderful as they were made in an oval shaped making them sit lovely and close to the wrist, and this is also fitted with a safety chain for added security.
When worn on any occasion, there is no doubt that this bangle will always be admired.
