Antique peridot and pearl pendant made in the Edwardian era

The combination of pearls and peridot work so well together, as does the gorgeous bow on the top and the way the pearls so elegantly graduate in size across the bottom.

Made in the early 1900’s in 18 carat yellow gold, this piece is so typical of the Edwardian era in which it was made, and is set with a peridot which Prince Albert considered as his lucky stone, making it very popular in jewellery of the time.

The bow is so charming and feminine and the way the bail at the top for a chain to pass through is also set with a pearl, adds to the charm and allure of the pendant.

The pear cut peridot measures 0.90 carats, and sways so delicately adding to the femininity of the piece.

Measuring 22.9mm across by 35.3mm, this is such a charming and wonderful pendant that will be perfect for any occasion.
