Everything about this ring is gorgeous, from the rubies and diamond, to the design that includes the most stylish hand engraving, and to complete it all, the fact that this ring was made nearly 140 years ago and still looks so amazing.
Made in 18 carat yellow gold in London in 1874, this ring is set with a European cut diamond that measures 0.30 carats and is highlighted by a vibrant ruby on each side. These rubies total 0.22 carats and like the diamond are set into the most charming setting.
With a lovely rounded band that measures 6.0mm wide at the centre and tapers down to 2.5mm at the back, all of this is complimented by beautiful hand engraving that elevates this ring and makes it so much more unique and special.
The amount of detail in this ring is truly wonderful and shows why antique rings are as popular today as even before.
