Antique Scottish sterling silver bracelet made in the 1870’s
$0.00
Queen Victoria loved her Stuart ancestry and all things related to it including Scottish agate jewellery, so it comes as no surprise that as she began to wear more and more of it, so did everyone else, and here is a magnificent very heave, very bold antique Scottish agate bracelet that dates from the 1870’s.
Made in sterling silver with very beautiful engraved ends, the bracelet is set with six octagonal shaped pieces of agate that all display such wonderful earthy colours and tones that look wonderful set against the silver and even better against the skin. Each piece measures approximately 2.5cm in length, and laid out from end to end, the bracelet measures 20.5cm.
Fitted with a stunning padlock that is itself so incredibly beautiful being set with agate, the padlock alone is truly wonderful and made even more exciting by having a photo locket compartment on the reverse.
Perfect for any outfit and occasion, this antique bracelet looks as wonderful today as when it was made 15o years ago.
