Antique tourmaline and pearl necklace

Here is such a charming and elegant antique necklace that sits so beautifully on the neckline and will always get the attention and admiration that it rightly deserves.

Made in the Edwardian era in the early 1900’s, the necklace was made in 15 carat gold and has such a lovely warm tone to the gold that compliments perfectly with to pink tourmalines.

The square one at the top measures 2.15 carats, and the pear cut at the bottom 1.05 carats, and they are both perfectly matched in colour and highlighted with charming seed pearls.

With the beautiful open work design that is highlighted further when set against the skin on the neckline, from end to end the necklace measures 44.5cm making it perfect to wear with any outfit to always get the attention and admiration that it rightly deserves.

This is such a wonderful example of early 20th Century jewellery that is beautiful and graceful today as when it was made.
