Art Deco diamond engagement ring dating from the 1930’s
This Art Deco diamond engagement ring was hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum. Art Deco engagement rings of the 1920’s to the 1940’s are as popular today as when they were made. Made between the two world wars, platinum was used as it is the purest of all the precious metals used in jewellery making and is incredibly strong, even when made into a fine wire.
