Burmese ruby and diamond cluster ring

The style and design of this ruby and diamond ring would lend itself to be perfectly suited for any finger and would also make a very elegant engagement ring.
 Made in 18ct yellow gold, this ring is set with a 1.22 carat oval Burmese ruby and surrounded by 18 round brilliant cut diamonds with a further 4 more brilliant cut diamonds set on each side.
 These diamonds total 0.13 carats and are G in colour and Vs-Si in clarity meaning they are lovely and white clean diamonds.

 Burmese rubies have long been regarded as the best in the world and rightly so when you see a fine Burmese ruby such as this one.
 With a common treatment of glass or lead filling poor quality rubies to make them look better, this ruby like all of our other rubies are certainly not glass filled.

 The setting of the diamond cluster measures 10mm across from left to right by 10.8mm wide, and sits so well on the finger.
  
 Set in 18ct yellow gold and being claw set really suits this ruby and allows the most amount of light to enter through the ruby to make it even more dazzling.
