Cartier Declaration watch reference 2611

Cartier have always produced such fashionable and unique watches, and here is one that is truly extraordinary – the Cartier Declaration watch made in 18 carat yellow gold and titanium.

This watch is so incredible on so many points. To begin with the rectangle case that measures 18.7mm across by 39.2mm, has a quartz movement that is pin set, meaning that the hands are set by pressing in the discreet pusher on the side. What makes this particular watch more special, is that it has its original 18 carat yellow gold “key” to do this that is set with a diamond.

Then the watch is made with ten “bands” that move up and down the watch to either “hide” the watch dial and display the larger diamond, or conversely hide the diamond and show the dial. With six of these rows each set with fifteen diamonds, the watch is fitted on a brand new Cartier band with an 18 carat yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp that is further set with eleven more diamonds. With a Cartier certificate stating that the diamonds total 1.748 carats, these diamonds are of the highest quality that you would expect from them by being D to E in colour, and VVS in clarity.

Complete with its full box and papers, this watch was serviced by Cartier in February of this year and is complete with their international two year warranty.

This is an extremely rare watch to find, and to find one in perfect, serviced condition with its original box and papers as well as its “key” makes this a truly incredible watch that will no doubt always be admired each and every time that it is worn.
