Emerald and diamond ring hand made in the Art Deco period of the 1920’s
This ring would make an exceptional example of a genuine Art Deco emerald and diamond engagement ring. Hand made in the 1920’s, it is set with a natural emerald weighing 0.74 carats and is highlighted with two European cut diamonds and a total of twenty single cut diamonds. The Art Deco period of the 1920’s through to the 1940’s resulted in some truly fabulous designs in not only jewellery, but also cars, furniture and buildings such as the iconic Chrysler Building in New York, which is one of the most famous buildings to be built during the Art Deco period.
