Exquisitely hand engraved antique photo locket in 18 carat gold.

This antique photo locket was made well over 100 years ago, and is as breathtaking today as when it was made.

Made in 18 carat yellow gold in the 1880's, the locket measures 34mm across by 41mm or 54mm to the top of the bail. Able to hold two images inside, there is nothing more personal than a locket with photos of loved ones inside and this one is just amazing.

Whereas many lockets today are either machine engraved or simply stamped with a pattern, this one has been incredibly hand engraved to such a high standard on both sides as well as around the edge of the locket as well.

The engraving will have you admiring it for hours on end, and combined with such a lovely tactile feel, this locket is destined to become a family heirloom.
