Here is a wonderful solid gold gents full hunter pocket watch dating from 1922 and retailed by the jewellery firm Angus & Coote.
Made in a 9ct gold case, the case measures 50mm across and feels so wonderful in the hand and has the engine turned design on both sides.
The front has been hand engraved “JCA 10-4-22” and gives this pocket watch tghat extra bit of charm and character.
The white enamel dial is is superb condition and has the traditional black Roman numerals and sub-seconds and is so easy to read.
Inside is a hand wound and set 17 jewelled Swiss movement that has been fully serviced and runs perfect.
The hinges are all in excellent condition and this is a great example of a solid gold gents pocket watch from the 1920’s.
