Incredible Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring
$11,200.00
Here is a truly spectacular sapphire and diamond ring that was so exquisitely designed and made in the Art Deco era of the 1920’s that will capture the heart of all who see it.
Handmade entirely in platinum, the design of this ring alone is just breathtaking. With a round early brilliant cut diamond in the centre the measures 0.38 carats, not only is it bezel set, but it has a millgrain finish which can be seen as the elegant, fine crimping around the edge. This millgrain finish is also used further on the ring adding so much additional charm and character to the ring.
And not only is this diamond in the centre, but the surrounding star design shows just how much attention to detail and design went into making this ring all those years ago.
Set with twelve rose cut diamonds and two single cut diamonds that come together to total 0.12 carats and add the perfect amount of sparkle to the ring, all of this then leads to those two truly fabulous cabochon cut sapphires set at each end.
Whereas traditionally cabochon cut stones are more often round, these are pear shaped that accentuates the shape of the ring. Having a total weight of 0.60 carats, they both have the most incredible blue colour that is a perfect match for the pure white of the platinum and sparkle from the diamonds.
Measuring 9.7mm wide at the centre by 18.6mm across, this is a ring that would not only suit any finger, but make an incredible engagement ring.
