Opal and Diamond Ring Made in 1911

The combination of beautiful solid white opals, with the glistening of the diamonds, come together perfectly in this lovely antique ring.

Made in 18 carat yellow gold in Chester in 1911, the ring is set with three solid white Australian opals that are held aloft beautifully by the claw setting.

Highlighted with four round early brilliant cut diamonds that total 0.16 carats, the ring  measures 8.5mm wide at the centre by 17.4mm across, and feels so comfortable on the finger.

Even well after 100 years have passed since this ring was made, there is no doubt that it is as fashionable and elegant today as when it was made.
