Fitted in a rolled gold case by Dennison, rolled gold is where two sheets of gold were rolled under heat and pressure over a base metal and is so so much stronger than gold plating and cal also be engraved. Measuring 50mm across, it is in incredible condition as is the hinge that opens the front to reveal the dial. The engine turned case is in brilliant condition with the engine turning design still very sharp and showing so little wear that this Rolex pocket watch would not have been used very often.

With the very elegant dial of Roman numerals and sub-seconds at the bottom, it is still so easy to read and has that wonderful classic look to it and then signed “Rolex” adds that extra special character to an already lovely antique pocket watch.

Opening the back shows a dust cover that is also in perfect condition and then opening this reveals the gorgeous Rolex movement in all its glory.

This fabulous Rolex movement has just come back from a full service and comes with our twelve month warranty.
