Sterling silver antique hand engraved bangle made in 1884

Nothing beats the fine detail and quality that is achieved in hand engraving, and this is also so much more individual than a piece of jewellery that has been machine engraved or simply stamped out with a pattern, and the hand engraving on this bangle is just so beautiful to admire and feel to the touch.

Made in sterling silver in Birmingham in 1884, it is just as astonishing to think that this bangle is well over 130 years old, yet still not only looks so beautiful, but can also so easily and comfortably be worn every day.

Measuring 31.2mm wide, this allows the engraving to really stand out on this lovely wide surface, and the time needed to engrave this bangle all those years ago, let alone the quality  and skill of the engraver really show here and it is a testament to the quality of jewellery that was produced during the Victorian era when this was made.

Sitting so comfortable on the wrist, this bangle will so easily suit any woman of any age.
