Here is a fabulous antique seal from the Victorian era and dating from the 1860's that would look so good on any chain.
 Seals were traditionally used to literally seal an envelope with wax and makes it a fantastic talking point today.
 Made in 18ct yellow gold the seal measures 26.5mm across at the base by 22.6m wide by 34.5mm in height.
 The seal itself is a wonderful piece of hand carved carnelian and the design around the seal is so elegant and typical of this mid-Victorian period.
 This is such an attractive antique seal that would always be commented on and loved.
