Vintage 18 carat gold Rolex Date reference 1500 made in 1978

Here is a brilliant looking and incredibly stylish vintage Rolex Date watch reference 1500 that has one of the best looking dials around that will surprise so many when they realise that this watch was made in 1978.

Made in solid 18 carat yellow gold, the main difference between the Rolex Date and the Rolex Datejust is that traditionally when these watches were made, the Date came in a 34mm case and the Datejust in a 36mm case.

This watch looks, feels and sit so well on the wrist, and is incredibly comfortable to wear all the time. Fitted on a leather band will easily allow this watch to be dressed up or down depending on the occasion, and is so easy to read with its dial.

The dial is still in pristine condition and is not only pure white in colour, but has index markers as well as incredibly elegant Roman numerals that really adds an extra element to this watch.
