Zenith have always produced watches with such fine quality movements, and here is one that not only looks so amazing with its blue dial, but also has their superb 2562PC automatic movement.
Dating from the early 1970's, the gold plated case is in wonderful condition and looks so stylish on the wrist with the blue dial making a perfect match to the gold plated case that measures 33mm across plus the Zenith crown, and is fitted on a lovely blue leather band.
This watch looks amazing on the wrist with the addition of the centre sweep seconds and the very funky 1970's date window set between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions, instead of the traditional 3 o'clock position.
Inside it is powered by the beautiful 23 jewelled automatic Zenith calibre 2562 PC which has been completely serviced by our own in-house watchmaker and comes with our own twelve month warranty. The Zenith calibre 2562 PC movement is a hi-beat movement that and unlike other movements, this one beats at 28,800 beats per hour, which is much higher than the semi-hi-beat movements at 21,600 beats per hour, or the more common 18,000 or 19,800 beats per hour. What this means, is that the higher the beats per hour, the higher the accuracy of the movement, and is also known as the ‘8 beat’ because it beats at 8 beats per second.
This is a seriously stylish watch, that is destined to always be admired and commented on.
