Art Nouveau jewellery has such a flowing design and here is a truly gorgeous antique tourmaline pendant from the Art Nouveau era that will surprise so many people when they realise that it is over 120 years old, yet still has such an incredible design that belies its age. Made in 15 carat gold in the early 1900's, looking closely at the border it shows the characteristics of Art Nouveau jewellery where the gold is wider at the top and gradually gets thinner on its way down, where there is an elegant scroll design on each side. And then there are the three green tourmalines as well as the much rarer light blue indicolite tourmaline that looks absolutely fabulous in the centre. The colour is just amazing and really finishes the pendant off perfectly. Measuring 14.9mm across by 38.8mm or 43.2mm to the top of the bail, this is a very beautiful and unique antique pendant that will continue to be loved and admired for another 100 years.
