Unique Antique Georgian Jewelry Featuring Enamel, Ruby, Turquoise, Diamond, Agate & More…

Antique Georgian jewellery is rare, with many surviving pieces over two centuries old. One of the hallmarks of Georgian period jewelry is the wonderfully ornate metalwork. The period saw jewellers create intricate items using metalworking techniques like repoussé and cannetille. The best artisans of the day also gave us vintage Georgian jewelry that utilised some truly stunning motifs, such as spray and foliage, feather plumes, leaves, bows, ribbons, crescents, and flowers. Most Georgian antique jewellery pre-1750 will almost exclusively incorporate diamonds and their chosen gemstone, with sapphire, ruby, garnet, coral, shell, agate, topaz, and pearl coming later in the period. Our Georgian jewellery collection in Sydney regularly features spectacular pieces from the period, showcasing the finest materials, design, and partisanship.
