Here is a very beautiful 15 carat gold antique opal brooch that was made in the early 1900’s and stands out thanks to the rich colour of the gold and wonderful scattering of light coming from the opal pieces.
The brooch measures 60mm across by 9.4mm wide and is made with a glass vial filled with opal pieces that are packed in crating a wonderful explosion of spectral colours that will make this brooch look incredible no matter the time of day or night that it is worn.
Made in 15 carat gold, the colour has such a rich yellow and all the sections including the band in the centre was beautifully hand engraved to add an extra element of character to an already very beautiful brooch.
This antique opal brooch is so elegant and will no doubt always be admired from near or far.
