This is a very attractive antique cabachon garnet bangle dating from the 1880’s and is so attractive on the wrist.
The hinged bangle measures 2.5cm at the top, and tapers down to 1.0cm, and being hinged makes it sit nice and close to the wrist.
The top of the bangle not only has that fabulous rich burgundy colour cabachon cut garnet, but it also has such attractive hand engraving on both sides.
So typical of the Victorian era, this antique garnet bangle is just wonderful.
