Rings from the Art Deco period of the 1920's to the 1940's resulted in some truly amazing designs such as this very beautiful 18 carat gold and platinum Art Deco lozenge shaped ring.
Hand made in the 1930's, the lozenge shape accentuates the finger so beautifully and shows the level of attention and detail that can only be achieved in hand making a piece of jewellery such as this. Not only are all the diamonds set so well, but they are millgrain set which can be seen as the elegant crimping along the edge of the setting.
In the centre is a beautiful early brilliant cut diamond measuring 0.40 carats and set around the border in a radiating design, as well as on the shoulders of the ring are a total of forty six single cut diamonds that add an additional 0.56 carats and adds such an amazing sparkle to the ring that will make it destined to be noticed every time that it is worn.
Measuring 24.5mm by 11.7mm across, this is such an elegant example of a genuine Art Deco diamond ring that will be loved forever.
