The buckle design has been used in jewellery for centuries and was especially popular from the Georgian period onward, and here is a lovely since 18ct antique buckle ring set with rubies and diamonds.
This incredibly stylish ring very cleverly uses the plain high polish of the band to contrast with the stippled effect of the buckle sections at each end. This gives the ring such a lovely textured look and feel and then is of course highlighted with the two rubies and the diamond. The rubies total 0.16 carats and the diamond 0.04 carats and add so much more character to a traditional buckle ring.
Measuring 10.9mm wide at the buckle section, this ring sits so well on the finger and is so comfortable to wear on any finger.
No matter the finger this ring is worn on, there is no doubt that this Victorian era antique buckle ring set with rubies and diamonds will always be admired.
