A swivel or spinner fob was an accessory that men wore during the Victorian era of the 1800's at one end of the Albert chain and is now more commonly worn by women around the neck, and here is a very lovely 18ct antique swivel spinner made in 1891.
Set on one side with bloodstone and the other with carnelian, the seal section measures 24mm by 21mm and the entire piece measures 30.4mm by 34.3mm to the very top.
Able to be easily worn on a chain around the neck, this antique spinner fob is just so charming and made all the more special by being made in 18ct yellow gold.
