Even the gold has the charm of what a fine quality antique brooch should have which is the stunning hand engraved pattern.
From left to right the brooch measures 41.5mm by 16.7mm wide.
On the reverse side is something very special which is the very small and discreet locket compartment.
The size of this locket is so sweet and adds so much more character to an already very beautiful and attractive brooch.
Natural turquoise is hard to find today and more often than not dyed, stained or is just imitation turquoise, so to get all natural turquoise alone is wonderful and combined this with a very elegant antique brooch from the Victorian era, all go to making this a wonderful antique brooch to be worn anytime.
