What a wonderful pocket watch!
Without a doubt, one of the nicest enamelled ladies pocket watches that we have ever seen.
This pocket watch as you can see from the other images, has the most wonderful and highly detailed enamelling, making this not only a time piece, but a piece of jewellery as well.
Made in France in the 1820's, the pocket watch has been serviced, comes with a warranty, and runs perfectly - a true credit to the watch makers of yesteryear.
The top diamond set snake brooch attached to the top, can come on or off easily with the swivel. This brooch, though old - circa 1870, is not as old as the pocket watch, but have come into our possession together, so we decided to keep them as one piece.
This is sure to be treasured and worn with pride.
