A diamond cluster ring is a style of ring that has always been popular and never gone out of fashion and is perfect for any finger and has become so popular as an engagement ring as well, and there is nothing quite like the charm and character of an antique diamond cluster engagement ring on your finger.
This one was hand made in 18ct yellow gold and platinum around 1915, and is set with one central diamond surrounded by 8 more giving this diamond ring a great amount of sparkle.
The centre diamond measures 0.50 carats and the other 8 diamonds totals 0.64 carats meaning there is a total of 1.14 carats. They are G in colour and Vs-Si in clarity and this ring certainly sparkles beautifully
All the diamonds are claw set in platinum which allows the most amount of light to enter the diamonds and platinum was the proffered precious metal to use during this time to set diamonds into to retain the lovely white of the diamonds and to take advantage of the strength of the platinum.
The yellow gold band is hand made as well making it very easy to re-size to any size if needed and the entire ring is is in superb condition.
This is such an elegant example of an antique diamond cluster ring and would make a perfect antique diamond cluster ring, and no matter which finger it is worn on, this diamond ring will always be admired.
