Australian opals are regarded as the best in the world, and here is a very beautiful and elegant 18ct yellow gold Victorian antique 5 stone solid opal ring that will always be loved and admired.

The five solid opals have a lovely blue body colour and wonderful red flashes running through the opals. They are all so well matched in colour and no doubt came from the same mine and piece of opal. Measuring 5.6mm wide at the centre by 17.3mm across, the ring has the perfect proportions to put on and leave on all the day and into the night.

On the side is the most incredible scroll work which highlights the ring so much more. This detail is just amazing and shows the detail that was achieved well over 100 years ago.

This is such an attractive example of an antique opal ring from the Victorian era that will always look so elegant on any finger.
