Perfect for in finger is this ring that would make a charming example of an Art Deco engagement ring.
Hand made in the 1920's this ring was made in 18ct yellow gold with white gold around the sapphire and diamonds.
Typical of the 1920's Art Deco period this ring is made with a combination of shapes. In the centre is a gorgeous rectangular cut blue sapphire that measures 0.15 carats and on each side are two round diamonds.
The diamonds total 0.16 carats and both the diamonds and the sapphire are milgrain set which is the fine and elegant crimping on the edge of the setting which was typical in many Art Deco rings and other pieces of jewellery.
From left to right the ring measures 14mm across by 4.3mm wide at the sapphire and makes a perfect engagement ring to wear on its own or with a wedding band along side.
Art Deco engagement rings are always our most popular era of rings and this one is so elegant and refined and will always be cherished.
