Claw set in platinum with a 1 carat Ceylonese sapphire, the quality of this sapphire is superb with both a wonderful cornflower blue colour and marvelous transparency allowing you to view right through the sapphire.
Surround the sapphire in platinum are 12 diamond to create a wonderful cluster design and to further enhance the ring, each side is set with 2 more diamonds. The total weight of the diamonds is 0.28 carats.
The cluster itself measures 10.7mm in diameter and from the end diamonds at one side to the other it measures 17.8mm across.
These side diamonds are milgrain set which is the crimping along the edge of the setting which adds even more charm and character.
