Antique 15 carat gold padlock bracelet made in the early 1900's

The curb link padlock bracelet has been around for well over 100 years and has remained popular throughout this time, and here is a very beautiful and quite hard to come by one that was made in 15 carat rose gold.

These antique curb link bracelets are often found in 9 carat gold, so finding one in 15 carat gold as well as being in excellent condition, then you have something truly special that is finished off with a very unique catching system on the heart shaped padlock.

The colour of the gold has a very soft rose colour to it, that looks evening more amazing on the wrist, and with each link measures 9.7mm wide and from end to end measuring 18cm in length, this is so comfortable, practical and easy to wear all the time.

As mentioned, the padlock has a very unique and ingenious locking system that is opened by pressing down on the locking mechanism on the side. On the back it is hand engraved with the initials "MD" which adds a romantic link to its past. Attached to a safety chain, then these both come together to make a very secure bracelet that won't come off the wrist accidentally.

Even well after a century has passed, this bracelet with its unique gold carat and colour is still as beautiful as the day it was made.
