Antique 2 stone diamond “Toi et moi” ring made in the Edwardian era
Here is such an elegant antique ring that not only looks so beautiful on the finger, but is also so full of charm and character.
“Toi et Moi” is French for “You and Me” and is used for a ring with two stones and this is believed to have started when Napoleon gave Josephine a sapphire and diamond engagement ring in 1776, and here is a very beautiful Art Deco Toi et Moi diamond engagement ring.
Hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum in the early 1900’s, the ring is set with two European cut diamonds that total 0.22 carats with four lovely rose cut diamonds set on each side that come together to total 0.04 carats.
This ring sits so beautifully on the finger and will so easily suit any finger and occasion, including making a wonderful and romantic engagement ring.
