So much of the coral on the market today is sponge coral that is often dyed to imitate the soft pink colour that is in this antique locket making this even more special and wonderful to wear and admire.
Made in the 1870's in 15ct gold, even the colour of the gold has such a lovely soft colour to it that compliments the coral so well and then the centre piece as well as the piece at the top are each set with a diamond for that extra elegance.
To make this even more personal, not only does this look so elegant, but in the back there is a photo compartment.
